Nursery Activities during 2008

Our first show in 2008 was the Harrogate Spring Show where exhibitors were invited to stage an innovative display on the theme of 'Yorkshire'.

This was a huge success as with the co-operation of the Yorkshire firm Bettys we created a display entited 'Tea at Bettys'. We were awarded a Premier Award (the highest category) and second prize in the innovative category.

We were awarded Gold Medals at all our Shows attended during 2008 and additionally were judged Best Display in the Floral Marquee at the Suffolk Show.

We continue to raise and introduce new varieties and this year saw the introduction of Hosta 'Tea at Bettys' at the Harrogate Spring Flower Show.
