'Fees and Conditions'

Fees:   £75 for talks in Suffolk, South Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire; £90 for adjacent Counties and North Norfolk;  £120 for greater distances. :p>

Travelling Expenses:   35p per mile for the return trip, and overnight accommodation will be required for venues at the greater distances.

 
All the talks are fully illustrated by colour images and we provide all our own projection equipment.   It is helpful however if a projection screen or suitable blank wall is available.

 

We sometimes are able to bring plants to sell and would be grateful for a six to ten foot table to be provided as near to the entrance as possible.

It is essential that all bookings are confirmed in writing.   We will also provide written confirmation of date, time and subject of talk.   We also ask for a telephone call a few days before the talk to confirm the arrangements.

We would appreciate the post code for the venue of the talk together with a map of the showing the position of the hall in relation for the nearest street junction giving the name of both streets - our computer can then give us the mileage and directions.
